CLASS SCHEDULE

Notes:

  • Our MMA classes will require minimally an Advanced Beginner level of proficiency in Striking and/or Grappling before joining i.e. You’ve trained Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ and/or Wrestling for a while now and are ready to try what’s next. Please feel free to consult our coaches if you aren’t sure.

  • Bookings for our morning classes will close by 23:59pm the night before.

  • Bookings for our afternoon classes will close by 10:00am each day (i.e. 2 hours before the class is scheduled to start).

  • For all beginners, recommended exercise attire: comfortable dry-fit t-shirt, good fitting shorts (without pockets). Singlets and tank tops are highly discouraged for BJJ No-gi, Wrestling and MMA
